SURF OUTLOOK
3-Day Surf Forecast for Rhode Island
THURSDAY, MAY 4
1-2 feet / NNE Winds
Tail end of the SSW windswell for Thursday with waves around knee to waist high at best early. Looks like we could see some Easterly windswell develop late in the afternoon.
FRIDAY, MAY 5
1-2 feet / North Winds
Small easterly windswell in the water to cap off the week. Waves around knee to thigh high at east facers, smaller along the south coast. North winds continue
SATURDAY, MAY 6
1-2 feet / Variable Winds
Small East swell in the water keeps waves around the knee high zone for Saturday. Not flat, but not great. Could be a few little waves around for the bigger boards. NW becoming SW winds.
FURTHER OUT
Flat surf expected through the rest of the weekend and into early next week.
Looks like our next shot of surf above knee high will be towards the back half of next week. Still a ways out
